1. WELCOME TO STREETS & SORCERY

Streets & Sorcery is an 18+ supernatural roleplay community set within Midnight City — a place where mortals, monsters, and the things in between attempt to coexist under uneasy treaties and dangerous secrets. This is a story-first, consequence-driven server. Characters are free to rise, fall, betray, ascend, burn the world down, or try to save it — but the story is always more important than the win. You are not here to grind levels, stack bodies, or collect loot. You are here to shape a living narrative with other writers in real time. Every action has weight. Every scene leaves a mark. Every character choice matters. If that excites you, welcome home. If you’re here to “play to win,” you will not last long in this city.

2. THE GOLDEN RULE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

"We’re not here to win — we’re here to create stories people remember." Midnight City was not built for power fantasies, ego trips, or scoreboard thinking. Your character can be cruel, chaotic, violent, divine, or damned — but you, the player, are responsible for keeping the story worth telling. Good roleplay is not measured by who survives the scene. It is measured by whether everyone involved had something meaningful to play with.

2.1 CORE PHILOSOPHY OF THE CITY

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Story outweighs victory. Consequences make the world real. Characters may be enemies — players are not. Respect the scene, even when your character doesn’t. “Win or lose” is irrelevant. “Did it matter?” is everything.

2.2 WHAT THIS SERVER IS — AND IS NOT

A serious, story-driven roleplay environment
A place for long-term narrative arcs, betrayals, alliances, and downfall
A supernatural world with laws, myths, and politics that matter
A collaborative writing space disguised as a GTA server

Not “semi-serious” or meme-driven RP
Not a place to chase clips, clout, or K/D ratios

2.3 AGE & MATURITY REQUIREMENT

All players and characters must be 18+.
This server contains supernatural horror, violence, adult topics, and psychological themes. Immaturity is a fast way to be shown the door.

3. ROLEPLAY CONDUCT & IMMERSION STANDARDS

Midnight City is a living story. Once you enter it, you are expected to remain in character at all times unless using an approved OOC method. You are not playing yourself — you are portraying someone who exists inside this world. If your goal is to “hang out,” “just vibe,” or treat the city as a Discord call with cars, you are in the wrong place.

3.1 STAY IN CHARACTER

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

You are expected to roleplay at all times while present in the city.
Your character may joke, rage, cry, flirt, scheme, or burn the world down —
but YOU may not drop immersion because something annoyed you as a player. If you need to step out of character, you use /ooc or leave the scene.

3.2 ROLEPLAY QUALITY EXPECTATION

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

This is a serious, narrative-driven supernatural server.
That does not mean you must be dramatic or grim — it means your character must feel real to the world they live in. You are expected to: React to events as a real person (or monster) would
Care about your character’s safety and consequences
Create story with others, not at others
Avoid shallow, surface-level “NPC behavior”

3.3 NO OUT-OF-CITY DRAMA

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Midnight City is a clean slate.
Old beefs from other servers do not exist here.
Dragging outside drama into this server = instant removal. If two players mutually agree to continue an old RP storyline, it must be approved through a ticket first.

3.4 VOICE IDENTIFICATION

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If a character’s face is fully covered, you may NOT identify them by their voice alone.
Magic, technology, and supernatural disguise exist in this setting — assume voices are not perfect identifiers.

3.5 CONFLICT RP MUST HAVE PURPOSE

Fights, escalations, rivalries, and violence should be story-driven, not boredom-driven. Conflict FOR a narrative?
Conflict BECAUSE you wanted to?

3.6 PLAYERS FIRST, CHARACTERS SECOND

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Your character can be toxic, rude, hateful, violent, or evil —
you cannot.
IC villain ≠ OOC asshole. If you cannot separate the two, you will be removed.

3.7 CHARACTER AGE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

All characters must be 18 or older.
No child characters. No “immortal 700-year-old who looks 12.” No loopholes.

3.8 RESPECT THE SCENE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

You are not the main character.
You are a shared writer in a world full of main characters. Enter scenes to add, not to steal spotlight.

4. THE CONSENT RULE — VIOLENCE, FEAR & INTIMACY IN RP

Midnight City is home to creatures who bite, curse, charm, possess, drain, torture, or terrorize.
But the player behind the screen must always be protected, even when the character is not.

 

Consent is not an accessory to roleplay here — it is a requirement.

4.1 WHEN CONSENT IS REQUIRED

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Any scene involving forced fear, forced feeding, torture, captivity, thralling, blood draining, transformation, or non-standard physical harm requires clear OOC consent first. If someone does not agree OOC?
The scene does not happen. No exceptions.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

4.2 WHEN CONSENT IS NOT REQUIRED

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Standard conflict:
Robberies
Fist fights & PvP
Gunfights / spell duels
Arrests by NOOSE
Chases / captures that don’t include torture or feeding These fall under “conflict roleplay,” not “forced horror roleplay.”

4.3 ERP (ADULT SCENES)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

ERP is permitted because this is an 18+ server — but it must follow three conditions:

- It must be fully consensual between players

- It must happen in private (interior or secluded space, not public streets).

- It must stay out of voice range of unwilling witnesses.

Erotic trolling, public ERP, or using sexual content to make others uncomfortable = instant punishment.

4.4 FORBIDDEN THEMES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

The following themes are never allowed in Streets & Sorcery, IC or OOC: Suicide or suicide baiting
Self-harm as shock RP
Pregnancy or forced breeding (magical or otherwise)
Nazism, slavery, or race-based hate groups
“Shock fetish” torture for player discomfort
Underage characters of any kind
“It’s just my character” as an excuse for real bigotry
If you are unsure whether something crosses the line, assume it does and ask first.

4.5 “I WAS JUST ROLEPLAYING” IS NOT A SHIELD

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If your scene makes another player uncomfortable, the scene ends — not the conversation.
You will not be punished for playing a villain, but you will be held accountable for ignoring boundaries.

4.6 SAFETY FIRST, STORY SECOND

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

A good horror scene makes a player say “damn that was intense,” not “I wish I’d never logged in.” If your RP requires someone to feel violated, trapped, or hurt, it must start with one question: “Are you okay with this scene?”

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

5. THE LINE BETWEEN PLAYER & CHARACTER

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Midnight City only works if we keep the wall between what the character knows and what the player knows. You are allowed to be clever.
You are not allowed to use information your character never earned.

5.1 METAGAMING — THE CORE RULE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If your character did not witness it, hear it, learn it in RP, or receive it through valid in-character means —
they do not know it.
Your Twitch stream, your Discord DM’s, your clip folder, and your friend’s live commentary are not valid sources of IC information.

5.2 STREAM SNIPING

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Watching someone’s stream, VOD, TikTok, or clip to gain IC intel is a permanent-ban offense.
If you use OOC media to track someone, react to events, or appear in a scene you would not have known about — you're gone.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

5.3 DISCORD IS NOT YOUR IN-GAME PHONE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Using Discord to alert others to danger, call for backup, share location, or organize crime is considered metagaming. The only exception:
Pre-approved faction channels (ex: NOOSE, businesses, etc.)
These must be formatted as IC communication, not player chatter.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

5.4 PRIVATE CALLS & THIRD-PARTY VOICE CHATS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If you are in the city, you may not be in a private Discord call with other players — even muted.
All IC communication must happen through in-game voice, phones, radios, or devices that exist in the world.

5.5 CHARACTER BLEED

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Your feelings are not your character’s feelings.
Your character’s grudges are not your grudges.
If you cannot tell the difference, you will not be allowed to stay. IC = in the story.
OOC = out of the story.
Do not drag one into the other.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

5.6 ALTS & “HIVE MIND” CHARACTERS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Each character is a separate life. They do not share memories, knowledge, alliances, businesses, or social networks. You may not: Pass information from one of your characters to another
Create “siblings” or “relatives” of your own characters
Build a network of alts who cooperate like one person
If you want characters connected, other players must be involved.

5.7 POWER GAMING (SHORT VERSION)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If you are forcing an outcome, removing another player’s ability to react, or exploiting a system to guarantee success —
you are power gaming. If you have to ask “Is this power gaming?” ... it probably is.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

5.8 BUGS, EXPLOITS & ABUSE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If you discover a bug that benefits you, you report it.
If you abuse it instead, you are choosing to be banned. That includes: Infinite money exploits
Combat animation abuse
Hiding inside map objects
Script loopholes
Vehicles you can shoot out of but not into

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

5.9 “I DIDN’T KNOW” IS NOT A DEFENSE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

You are expected to understand and follow the rules before playing.
Not reading the rules does not protect you from punishment.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

6. LIFE, DEATH & WHAT SURVIVES THE GRAVE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Death in Midnight City is not always final — but it is never meaningless. Whether you bleed out in an alley, get torn apart by claws, or get stitched back together by something that shouldn't exist, your body and your story must reflect the weight of what happened.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

6.1 MEDICAL ROLEPLAY IS NOT OPTIONAL

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If you are downed, injured, burned, shot, bitten, cursed, or otherwise broken,
you must roleplay the damage. You choose the severity of your wounds —
but the wounds must make sense for what happened.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

6.2 REALISTIC RECOVERY

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

You cannot get shot in the spine and be sprinting ten minutes later.
You cannot fall off a rooftop and “walk it off.” Supernatural healing may exist —
but it still comes with cost, ritual, or consequence.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

6.3 BEING “DOWNED”

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

When you are downed, you are unconscious.
You may only use /me and /do to describe visible injuries.
You cannot cast spells, talk, or activate your Supernatural Skillset while downed.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

6.4 NEW LIFE RULE (NLR)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If you are revived by script or NPC doctor, you forget the last 30 minutes of RP.
You cannot return to the same fight, scene, or location to “finish business.” You may not use magic, memories, potions, or psychic abilities to bypass NLR.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

6.5 SUPERNATURAL EXCEPTION TO NLR

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Some undead and immortal beings (ex: vampires) may recall fragmented flashes after death. These are not perfect memories —
no names, no exact details, no meta advantage. Think: feelings, glimpses, images... not evidence.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

6.6 RESURRECTION & HEALING MAGIC

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Some characters may eventually gain the ability to resurrect, restore, or patch flesh back together —
but even miracle-workers must perform medical RP before using supernatural abilities. No “zap, you're fine.”
The scene matters more than the spell.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

6.7 PERMADEATH (PERMA)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Only the player (or an admin in rare cases) can decide to permanently kill a character. If you PERMA: Your character is gone forever
You may create a new mortal immediately
You must wait 2 weeks to make a new supernatural character
Necromancy or return-from-death arcs require admin approval

6.8 HOSPITAL IS A GREEN ZONE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

The hospital and NOOSE medical division are neutral territory.
No shootouts, kidnappings, or forced conflict in the building or surrounding zone. Running into a hospital to avoid consequences = rule break.
Starting a fight inside the hospital = bigger rule break.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

7. PVP & CONFLICT GUIDELINES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Violence is part of Midnight City — but it is not the heartbeat of it.
Combat should feel earned, cinematic, and meaningful, not spammed for boredom or ego. If your character pulls a weapon, there should be a story behind it.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

7.1 ROLEPLAY BEFORE GUNPLAY

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Combat must be the result of roleplay, not the replacement for it. Ask yourself before escalating: “Is this about story — or am I just trying to win something?”

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

7.2 VALUE OF LIFE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Your character only has one life.
If they are wildly outnumbered or have a weapon to their skull, they should care about survival. “Shoot me then” is not roleplay. It’s avoidance of it.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

7.3 GROUP LIMITS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Maximum 6 players per side in any planned or expected conflict.
If more than 6 people pile in, only the defending side may exceed the limit. No 20-man ambushes, no “we all showed up because we heard shouting.”

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━

7.4 RDM / VDM

━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Randomly attacking, killing, or running people over without RP is not “chaos” — it’s a rule break. You know what RDM/VDM is. Pretending you don’t will not save you.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

7.5 RETURNING TO THE SCENE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If you go down, get revived, or leave the fight, you cannot return for one real-time hour. No running back for “round two,” no revenge sprinting, no trash talk drive-bys.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

7.6 VIGILANTES & HERO COMPLEXES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If you weren’t part of the active scene, you do not get to “jump in to save the day.” Running into a robbery or shootout as a random civilian = NVL (failure to value life).

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

7.7 SPARRING & SELF-INFLICTED DAMAGE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

“You shoot me, I shoot you for fun” or “We’re just testing damage” is not RP.
Downing each other for laughs is considered LQRP and is not allowed. Sparring only counts if: Controlled environment
Medical staff on standby
Purpose beyond “bored”

7.8 GREEN ZONES & RED ZONES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Green Zones = No violence or crime.
Hospital
NOOSE facilities
Barber, clothing, tattoo shops
Open businesses during operating hours Red Zones = No RP required, shoot on sight allowed.
Military base
Certain high-end heists (will be marked) Abusing a Green Zone to escape a fight = rule break.

7.9 TACTICAL TACKLING

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Tackling is ONLY to be used in foot chases.
Using it mid-gunfight or spamming it to keep someone locked down = power gaming.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

7.10 “THE WINNING TEAM RULE”

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If your side wins the fight, you leave the area and disappear for one hour.
You don’t camp bodies. You don’t lurk nearby. You don’t taunt the losers. If you want to act like a winner — act like you survived something.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

8. TAKING WHAT ISN’T YOURS — THEFT & ROBBERY GUIDELINES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Crime is part of Midnight City — but even criminals are bound by structure.
Robbery scenes should feel tense, cinematic, and story-driven, not like inventory farming. If your goal is “press F, take items, leave,” you will not last long here.

8.1 ROBBERY REQUIRES ROLEPLAY

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

You must create a scene before taking anything from a player.
Walking up and saying “hands up” in 3 seconds is not RP — it’s theft with voice lines. A robbery should last at least two minutes of interaction before items are taken.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

8.2 LOOT LIMITS — PLAYERS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

You may steal: Up to 3 stacks of items OR 2 stacks + 1 weapon Radios / phones / comm devices are free and do not count toward stacks You may NOT: Empty someone’s whole inventory
Take soulbound / Tebex-purchased items
Rob someone already robbed within the past hour


━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

8.4 ROBBERY COOLDOWN

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If you rob a player or vehicle, you and your group cannot rob again for one hour. This timer includes: House robberies
Vehicle break-ins
Mugging a player
Holding someone hostage

 

━━━━━━━━━━━

8.5 HOSTAGES

━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If the hostage complies, you cannot down or kill them.
If they refuse to comply AFTER a clear warning, they can be shot. “Comply” means they follow orders — not that they hand you everything you want.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

8.6 CANNOT ROB

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

You may NOT rob: NOOSE on duty
EMS on duty
Whitelisted Hunters
Anyone inside a Green Zone
Soulbound / Tebex-exclusive weapons or items
If you “accidentally” take one, open a ticket immediately or it counts as theft.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

8.7 POCKET WIPING

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Clearing someone’s entire inventory, even if you “have space,” is an instant rule break.
This is a roleplay server, not a loot hoarding simulator.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

8.8 OCEAN DUMPING

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Throwing someone into deep water to force NLR is only allowed if the story supports it. Doing it “just because” = punishment. If it doesn’t feel cinematic, it probably isn’t allowed.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

8.9 CRIME COOLDOWN (PVE)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

You must wait 45 minutes between major crimes such as: House robberies
Store robberies
Truck robberies
Bank jobs
Heists
Timer begins once you escape NOOSE and are no longer being pursued.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

9. THE HIDDEN WORLD — RULES FOR THE SUPERNATURAL

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Midnight City is not a mortal-only world, but neither is it a playground for unchecked magic.
Having a supernatural skillset does not make you untouchable — it makes you responsible. Abilities exist to enhance the story, not erase consequences.

9.1 YOU ARE NOT IMMORTAL

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Supernatural does not mean invulnerable.
Vampires can burn, witches can bleed, lycans can be cut down, angels can fall. If you get shot, stabbed, burned, or shredded — you must roleplay damage like anyone else.

 

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

9.2 USE OF SUPERNATURAL SKILLSET

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Your power set is a narrative tool.
Using it should affect: Your body (fatigue, blood cost, strain)
Your mind (hunger, corruption, instability)
The world around you (fear, rumors, reactions) If you use a spell or ability with no downside, no cost, no tell, and no RP — it’s powergaming.

9.3 SUPERNATURAL ABILITIES IN CHASES

If you flee and are found again within one hour, it is still the same scene, and the chase timer continues. You do NOT reset the 15-minute rule by hiding in a bush for 3 minutes.

9.5 SUPERNATURAL IN COMBAT

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Powers are allowed in combat, but: They must be roleplayed They must have reasonable limits They cannot make you invincible You cannot spam abilities with no drawback If your ability would instantly decide the scene with no counterplay, it requires consent or admin approval.

9.6 FAILURE TO RP THE COST OF POWER

Examples of rule-breaking: Casting 7 high-tier spells in a row with no exhaustion
Turning into a wolf mid-gunfight with no RP
Feeding in combat without animating hunger or frenzy
Using “magic healing” to bypass injury RP instantly

9.7 SHIFTED FORMS & SPEECH

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If you take an animal, monstrous, or non-human form: You cannot speak full sentences
You may use vocalizations, /me, or /do
Mother-Tongue style words must be single concepts (“Kill,” “Pack,” “Danger”) If you want to be a talking wolf, you're not in the right genre.

9.8 HUNGER • CORRUPTION • LIMITS

Supernatural power always has a cost.
If your character never feels hunger, fatigue, corruption, or backlash, you are not roleplaying a being — you're roleplaying a cheat code.

9.9 SUPERNATURALS CAN BE KILLED

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

You are not immune to perma, law, or violence.
If you pick fights recklessly and lose, don’t expect “but I’m a vampire” to save you.

11. REPORTING, TICKETS & EVIDENCE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Midnight City runs on story — but enforcement runs on proof. If you experience a rule break, you have 48 hours to file a ticket.
Anything older than that will be treated as grudging, not reporting.

11.1 DO NOT BREAK CHARACTER

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

Even if you witness failRP, powergaming, meta, or abuse —
do not stop the scene to scream rules at someone. Stay IC. Walk away if needed.
Then report it properly.

11.2 EVIDENCE REQUIREMENTS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

We cannot act on “he said / she said.”
Staff require clips or screenshots to take action. Video must show at least 3 minutes for context
Player IDs must be visible (use HOME key)
Audio must be included
Unedited clips preferred

11.3 HOW TO REPORT

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

All reports go through the ticket system.
Not DMs. Not Discord PMs. Not staff tagging in general chat. Tickets keep things organized, logged, and reviewable.

11.4 “REPORTING DOES NOT GRANT IMMUNITY”

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

If you report someone but you ALSO broke a rule in the same scene,
you can still be punished alongside them.

11.5 DO NOT DM STAFF

All staff communication must happen inside tickets.
Direct messaging staff members about punishments, drama, or rule decisions is a violation by itself.

12. CITYWIDE BAN DECREE — NON-NEGOTIABLE OFFENSES

By order of the Midnight City Council and the Department of Supernatural Regulation: The following actions result in immediate removal from the city with no appeal, no warning, and no “but my character would.”

ABSOLUTE DISMISSAL OFFENSES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

 

• REAL-WORLD bigotry of any kind
(Racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, ableism, etc.) • Predatory, grooming, harassment, or sexual misconduct OOC • Extreme toxicity / OOC stalking / revenge behavior • Intentional metagaming, stream sniping, or using OOC info to win IC • Exploiting, hacking, menu abuse, script manipulation, or duping • ERP or sexual content involving minors (real or fictional — instant ban) • Suicide roleplay, self-harm fetish RP, or shock content • “But it’s just IC” used as a shield for real-world hate or abuse • Encouraging others to break rules, mass-report, or cause server damage • Attempting to weaponize Discord, staff, tickets, or OOC mobs against players • Sharing private info or doxxing attempts
