Getting Started

 

Q: How do I join the city?
A: Press F8, type connect cfx.re/join/xq8vq5 or connect xq8vq5, then press Enter. Do not include quotation marks.

Q: Why can’t I confirm my character?
A: Your character name cannot include spaces and must follow the city’s naming rules.

Q: How do I leave my apartment?
A: Go to the door, press Left ALT to use your Third Eye, right-click to open the menu, and select Leave Apartment.

Audio & Interaction

Q: Why can’t I hear anyone, or why can’t anyone hear me?
A: Open your audio settings and toggle your voice audio off and back on. By default, push-to-talk is set to N.

Q: How do I lower loud music from cars or businesses?
A: Open your computer’s sound settings, go to Advanced sound options under App volume and device preferences, and lower the volume for the FiveM Chromium subprocess while the music is playing.

Vehicles

Q: How do I spawn a car?
A: You do not. This is a roleplay server, so vehicles must be obtained in character.

​

Q: How do I get an import?
A: Visit the Imports Channel to view available import threads, or ask around in the city to see if another player is selling one.

​

Q: How do I get a car?
A: You can purchase one through PDM by walking up to a vehicle, using your Third Eye with Left ALT, right-clicking, and browsing the menu. You may also acquire a parked vehicle through roleplay.

In-Game Issues

Q: I’ve been run over and robbed. What do I do?
A: Use /report and save a clip of the full incident using recording software such as Medal, Outplayed, or SteelSeries Moments. You may also need to open a staff ticket if further assistance is required.

Q: I’m bleeding. What should I do?
A: Use /911ems if you cannot walk or drive. Otherwise, go to the hospital marked on your map. If no EMS are available, use /help.

​

Q: Why isn’t /help working?
A: If too many EMS are currently on duty, /help may be unavailable.

​

Earning Money

​

Q: How can I make money?
A: You can find work through City Hall, take civilian jobs marked on the map, or ask around the city for player-driven job opportunities.
